Brian lives a life dedicated to exercise science and lifetime fitness. From his roots growing up on a small farm in Wisconsin, he has carried his zeal and enthusiasm to the campus of the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse where he earned a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on fitness. His degree focus also included an emphasis in strength and conditioning. Brian has taken this strong foundation to the training arena where he has over 10 years experience in one on one and group training. He views a total program as a 3 step dedication to:

He has used his knowledge, skills and abilities to develop a total exercise curriculum for the Baby Boomer generation and his passion is clearly present as his dedication and zeal has produced a balanced program of fitness for a whole generation. Brian draws on his thousands of hours of personal training to present a healthy plan for fitness, nutrition and a positive mental mind set to carry a whole generation into a positive and healthy future.
How we execute this vision is through our one-on-one training, small group training, boot camps and online training programs.
